Family Cycling Adventure

Champagne isn't only for adults! Well, the bubbly drink is, but the region of France is a great place for a family adventure in 2008! We have introduced a new 4 night tour based in Epernay, the heart of Champagne country. This new tour is a great family offer for the reason that there is only one hotel involved, and so daily rides can be as long or as short as each family member wants to go. We do suggest some routes that average about 42 km per day, but shorter is always possible. The cycling in mostly flat to rolling countryside to moderately easy terrain to fit different levels. We do also of course offer child sizes and equipment.




Site of interest would of course include the many small and larger champagne houses where visitors can learn about the wines and taste the bubbly. Some sites for kids include castles from the middle ages and later, as well as museums and sites about the heroic Jean d'Arc ( Joan of Arc) and the corronation of kings in Reims.
